Art classes for children

In art classes children explore different areas of fine and decorative art, learn to work with materials and gradually find a creative style of their own. What matters to us is not simply producing a pretty object, but teaching a child to see colour, form, composition and texture, and to bring their own ideas to life with confidence.

What children try

Unusual artistic techniques

In class children try not only classic materials but also more unusual directions: monotype, sgraffito, pointillism, palette-knife painting, string art, ebru (paper marbling), textured painting and mixed media.

This encourages them to experiment, lose their fear of mistakes and understand that a single artistic idea can be realised in many different ways.

Learning like real artists

Children study the fundamentals of colour theory, composition, perspective, light and shade, learn to mix shades and choose materials, and gradually master more demanding techniques.

We give proper attention to professional drawing, so that a child doesn't just imagine freely but builds genuine artistic skill.
